Hello I’m Shery
Hi, I am so happy to have you here, my name is Shery, I am from Bogota, Colombia, I’m a native spanish teacher and I have a Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.
I am passionate about learning new things and improve myself so I can share what I’m learning with others. I’ve teaching spanish for more than 3 years now and Teaching is for me one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had because is not only about the language itself but also about culture, meeting new people, expanding your mind and learning from each other and I know it can be tricky sometimes if you don’t have the right guide. So that’s why I am here, to support you, so we can make it together.
My classes are dynamic, practical and fun. I’m working hard to create new content and resources everyday, so we can grow together.
I love having interesting and conversational classes and use fun teaching aids such as songs, books, articles, short stories and movies based on your level, likes and interests.
During your learning process we will focus on your goals, learning style, interests and we will develop a customized learning program just for you. Additionally you will find a great community from all around the world, so you can share your experiences and practice with people who have the same goal you have, learning Spanish, so let’s start. The lessons are very dynamic and interactive. We start creating a customized learning program for you based on your level and goals. We recap the previous lesson at the start, provide clear lesson objectives which are revised during the lesson, we use fun teaching aids such as songs, books, articles, short stories and movies based on your level, likes and interests. We talk about a variety of topics and according to your needs we can also have spontaneous conversations about culture, travelling, music and much more.
